I’ve gotten my dental crown placed back in four times. Four! This is becoming really annoying. Is there a reason this keeps happening? Is it because it is a CEREC crown?

Mandy,
I hate to tell you this, but the problem is likely your dentist. Once a crown is properly bonded on, it stays on. I don’t know any dentists who’ve had a crown fall out once, let alone four times. CEREC crowns are more likely than others to stay properly, because they are computer generated.
My suggestion is you go elsewhere to have your dental crown bonded on the next time it falls out..and from what you’ve said, it might. I hope your dentist hasn’t been charging your for the rebonding procedures. If he or she has, tell your new dentist about it. It’s likely they can get you a refund.
